Moving startup folder out of start menu

    Hello
I installed Windows Xp SP2. Basically, I wish to shift the "startup" folder out of the "all programs" list and to a new comfortable place which won't makes me mess up.It's kind of mesh of two folders, the one in your User profile, and the one in the "all users" profile.by using TweakUI Powertoy i can change the location of the one in your user profile, but am not able to figure out a trick to shift the one in the all users profile. I've been through TweakUI and did a brief search through regedit, but unsuccessful. anyone know the registry key for this folder location?

    any helps !!

The start menu is a combination of both<username>\Start Menu\Programs\Startup" and \All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Startup, so both want to be shifted for the folder to move out from the Start Menu.
In order to move this <username> Startup folder using right-click, cut, paste
to shift the All Users Startup folder, I had to modify the registry value for 'Common Startup' found here:
    [HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User Shell Folders]
and restart before the system would allow me to shift the folder.

You know i scrutinized the entire registry and obtained a few keys that had "%USERPROFILE%\Start Menu\Programs\Startup" as the value. and i altered all of them and restarted my computer, and was able to delete the startup folder on my start menu with no issues. I'm not remembering the key for the moment am sorry for that....

I just did it by myself.configure the attribute of the folder to hidden.for this all you need to do is right click the startup folder in the "all programs" list, select properties, put it as hidden... then check the top option and save the changes to restart the machine
