Testing with different layers modes. Soft Light, Overlay, or the like. So you are behind through (the skin in this case). Then a very small glow of the text, perhaps. Test yourself.

May also recommend the use of textures in different combination modes to get to the RAW effect on the skin, usually also go to get some of Dodge / burn tool ... should try to produce some quite simple, there are no shortcuts to the perfect image
