Customize Right click option

Plz any one can help me ,how to customize right click option.

Right click option of what? Kindly be more specific. Which Right Click menu do you want to modify?

i want to modify sendto option......i want to add local drive in send to option...
is that possible if yes say me plz how?

go to my computer.
right click on the drive and select create shortcut
windows will promt that you can't creat the shortcut here but will you like to create the shortcut on desktop instead. select yes.
now cut the shortcut from the desktop and paste it at
C:\Documents and Settings\ur username\SendTo
