I bought a new vga cable of 5 meters. But when I put it, it becomes a bit blurred (see picture here in attachment).
Could it be because the cable is too long? Or maybe the poor quality?

You graphic card must not be properly mounted or the new cable might be faulty. What is your graphic card and screen?
My graphics card is Geforce 6600gt and my screen is a Samsung Sync Master 913N.
use a standard VGA cable which ll be aout 1 to 1.5 m long anything above that length will cause signal attenuation and thereby u lose the clarity of the image, and u have a good monitor and graphics card..so that wont be a problem and run in hardware test check for the stability of the graphics card likely chances are there for that also to be a part of the problem....
Everything should be made as simple as possible but not simpler !!!!!!!

I had doubt on the length of the cable from beginning. Thats why I asked it in the question as well. As per your suggestions, I'll reduce the cable size as required. God! the cable was so long. Though graphic card can also be a part of this problem, I'll follow the cable length instructions first. Thanks for the reply man.
