Unable to create share through Netlogon on Windows Server

I had just configured a new system that has Windows 2003 R2 on it. It is a new system on which I had installed Windows Server. I am having DCPromo.
When I run that I am getting a error. The error is related to netlogon. The error detail is :

The Netlogon service could not create server share
C:\Windows\SYSVOL\sysvol\corp.jeyes.co.uk\SCRIPTS.  The following error
occurred: Access is denied.

. Does anyone is aware about this problem.

It looks like some issue with Active Directory. You have to run a Diagnostic for the same so that it you can find out any error associated with the same. Run DCDiag and then post what result you are getting. I do not think this is some kind of major issue. It can be just some configuration problem.

Looks like some kind of problem with permission. There are some set of KB articles that can provide more highlight on the issue you are facing. I am giving you links of two articles that has issue related to your problem. If you are unable to find anything in the first one then try the second. There are more links available inside it based on different issues. I think that would be much more easier for you to troubleshoot the problem.
