How to convert an XML to Word 2003

XML files (in Vista) can be opened by some of my recipients.
How to convert them into 03 world so that my recipients can open them?

Record yourself in Word since Office 03, by opening your file> save as> file type (drop down to bottom).

Thank you, I did, in registering under world6, the file is not copied completely the same, some words are spaced offset.
Perhaps it is better to save as world97/2000/XP, what do you think?
Also, with this procedure, the file is copied but not replaced, so I have to first delete the file, otherwise I have a duplicate, this is normal?

The duplication is normal, the files do not have the same extension are not considered identical.
I saved as Word 97/2000/XP in fact, you will see many attempts.
But it is normal that some attributes formatting changes during conversion, the old formats do not support all the "styles" of today.
