Windows unbootable

silent everyone. I am nerves because I can no longer start my computer.

In fact all began with a reinstall Windows Vista (I can no longer download updates windows). I run Setup windows, everything goes well without any problem until the first automatic reloading windows during installation. the problem is that the machine lights (the lights turned on are lit) but that's all, nothing on the screen (which remains black), you can not access the BIOS There was even no message at startup (anything). the installation continues, because the screen stays black. and nothing happens. While there is the blue LED marketing which are lit as if the computer was functioning and the screen is black and all;

I try to launch a bootable CD to boot, but impossible to boot on the CD.
I do not know what to do to remedy this problem, so if someone can help me because I have the impression that anything is possible on my machine.

I seek the solution on other forums and was told it was either motherboard was damaged, or the processor.
But the problem is a laptop and I do not know if it is possible to change the damaged parts?
