Unable to Install Printer. Operation could not be completed.

The error I'm getting is described in the subject line. Here's a run down on
what I have setup and what I'm trying to do.

I have a Windows Server 2003 Standard Print Server setup. Last week I set
up a new Lexmark E240n Printer as a shared network printer. Worked without a
    problem.

I also have a Citrix Presentation Server 4.0 running on a separate Windows
Server 2003 Standard box. Up until today, the Lexmark printer I installed
had worked fine. As of this point I can print to the printer itself without
a problem from my machine. But if I use the Citrix client or if I RDP into
the Citrix Server, I cannot print to the printer. When I try to add the
printer locally and share it from the Citrix Server, that is when I get the
Unable to Install Printer error message. I can ping the device and get into
its web interface without a problem. I can install the printer locally on my
machine without a problem. I just can't get it added as a local printer on
my Citrix server. I have roughly 30 other printers, primarily Lexmark with a
couple HP's, that all work without a problem.

    Here's what I've tried.
    1. Used the supplied driver CD from the manufacturer (originally worked
    fine until today).

    2. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the printer. Using both the
manufacturer provided drives and manually going through the add printer
wizard and specifying which driver to use.

    3. Tried downloading and installing newer Windows Certified drivers.

So far none of these solutions have worked. At first I thought I had it
narrowed down to being a Citrix issue. However, I can't even add the printer
through the network connection to the print server or redefining it as a
local server and setting up a standard TCP/IP Port pointing to the IP Address
    of the printer.

If anyone has any thoughts or clues about how I can resolve this it would be
greatly appreciated. The only thing I haven't done yet is a reboot and I'm
planning on doing that this evening once all the users have gone home for the
    day.

    Thanks!

After rebooting the Citrix Server last night, this error went away. But, if
anyone knows, what would be the reason why this error would occur and why
would it only be for a couple of specific printers and not all of them?
