How to unblock communications in xbox live

Can anyone here say me How to unblock communications with somebody on xbox live? . Today by mistake i blocked the someone and i don't know the gamertag also. He did sent me the message and accidentally i clicked on block communications . What can be done now? how do i unblock that? Thanks for any help.

I think you are talking about the GB communications. To unblock the user , in your profile click on "Edir Preferences" and in the privacy the should be list of Blocked/Ignored Users. If you click on the "X" next to their name, it will unblock them.

There are many ways, go into your recently played details and the find him and unblock him. Or if you got his gamertag , send him a message it will get automatically unblock.

There many ways to do this:

The 100% working way to unblock someone is to send theme a message or go to their gamertag and all the way at the bottom it will say 'unblock communication' if you have blocked them.
Put your mouse cursor over their picture in the corner, and it will prompt you to "unblock person."
And the last way is delete them as a friend and then send them another request.
