Apart from the graphics card that I do not know, the PC is fairly recent, and good quality. The P4 are not exceeded, the ram is ample sufficient. I advise you may be changing graphics card

The Radeon 9800 is the midrange 2004, it can play a half life2 in good conditions, but for Crysis I really doubt. Before I avail one (pro a little worse than the xxl) and battlefield 2 in medium and low on some stuff with a very poor framerate, and UT3 was almost unplayable min 640x480, I am Crysis surprised that turns a 34fps the ram and the trial it should be adequate against

The minimum configuration for Pure:

• Processor: Athlon / Pentium IV - 2000 MHz
• RAM: 1024 MB
• Graphics Card: 128 MB, Compatible DirectX 9
• Disk Space: 5500 MB
• Sound Card: DirectX 9 Compatible
• DirectX version: DirectX 9

So as you can see you're rather pretty standard configuration for this game

Try reinstalling the latest version of DirectX, then check your sound card drivers.

Is this a game bought or Crake? otherwise it may come from your crack.

If it gives nothing, reinstall the game and if it crash yet verified the compatibility of your graphics card
