The UAC(User Account Control) system in Windows Vista provides a great security feature but it becomes really annoying when UAC prompts every couple of seconds when you are trying to make some configuration changes...
There are some ways you can make UAC less annoying on Windows Vista -
> Disable UAC Entirely
> Auto-Accept UAC Prompts for Administrators Only
> Disable the Blackout Screen (Secure Desktop)
> Create Administrator Mode Shortcuts Without UAC Prompts
1) Disable UAC Entirely
You can completely disable UAC from your system. But by this way, you will lead to less secure system. So be prepared for this before disabling UAC completely.

or
Open Control Panel, and type "UAC" into the search box - A link for "Turn User Account Control (UAC) on or off" is seen.
Uncheck the box for "Use User Account Control (UAC)", and click the OK button.
Reboot your system for the changes to take effect
