Your account has been "hijacked", you do not exactly know the password, nor the Secret response

Your account has been "hijacked", you do not exactly know the password, nor the Secret response

    Cleaning the computer

You must first determine whether a program has not allowed the piracy of your account ...
To do this, see the FAQ Security

If you find it, delete it and see if you can access your account via the question. If you can access it, everything must go in order, change your password and all information!

In inaccessible - Contact MSN Support

If the account remains inaccessible, your only recourse is to contact MSN:
    link

It is essential to explain everything and especially to give any information about your account ... and ask them to ensure that you get your account .

    Beware of scams

Attention: the hacker was able to change all the information but it does not matter, pass the old Microsoft. If you put information "bogus" it'll just make your grief account and open a new one!

If the malicious software that allowed the hacker to hijack your account is still present on the machine, you run the risk that your account is hacked again ...

It is very important to know that Microsoft never does MSN or contact you by mail or over the telephone to ask for your password and the answer to your question ...

Hackers send emails pretending to Hotmail or MSN and affirming that there is such an anomaly in your account or that MSN seeks to establish a list of valid accounts and if you do not answer your account will be deleted ... .Never respond and if possible send the mail to abuse@hotmail.com
