How to block emails from unwanted source ?

I work with IncrediMail and I would like to know if there was a free software to block mail from unwanted source, because I have try many but the problem that occurred from 1 or 2 months is that I was to require reconnect every time, and my mail is not reach me any more.
what can I do?

It's quite difficult to block pop on Incredimail because this utility is financed by the Pops. That's why you get a lot of pops. Nevertheless pops can still be blocked.
