Olympus ultra zoom camera

Hi,

I have seen that the olympus cameras comes with the ultra zoom feature, but i have no knowledge what does it mean, I have Olympus Sp- 510 Which also has ultra zoom feature can you explain more about this term and also tell me which is the best ultra zoom camera in olympus, as i am planing to give it as a gift to my friend.
