Inactive keyboard from starting

The starting of my PC, before opening of Windows, my keyboard does not answer.

It is thus impossible for me to enter the bios or to choose the system starting or the mode without failure.I of course tested another keyboard.After the opening of Win, it functions normally.It is serious ?

Specify the type of connection of your keyboard if it is one without wire that appears normal to me.

I forgot to specify that it is about a keyboard connected in USB. (cable)

Edit : I want to say that I do not have connection PS2 on my PC.
