Don't you just love these whacky Thanko products? This time around, it's a gadget for those afflicted with a case of sweaty palms. This innocent looking mouse is actually integrated with a fan so you don't drip all over your computer when you've been in front of it too long. Perfect for summer, especially if you can't afford air conditioning like me. The USB Cooler Mouse draws air from the bottom of the device to be pushed out at the top. And if it's fairly cool during that particular hour, just switch the fan off and use the gadget as an ordinary mouse.

The only problem I can see is that it might be using too much energy once the fan's working, but if you turn it off when it's not really needed, then that would be ideal. Aside from its cooling feature, the USB Cooler Mouse has five clickable buttons which you can program as you want them to function. The device is now available in Thanko for approximately $19.

By the bye, everyone outside Japan who wants to grab Thanko products can get them starting August, 2008 through the Thanko Rare Mono Shop, according to CrunchGear. And it's in English too, so no need to decipher the codes spewed by Google Translate.
