If you are trying to boot your system in safe mode, but generally their is no boot process in the Vista. You might be having the software trouble in it. If you have installed any new hardware or software then you have to see that which programs and drivers you have installed in it. When it was working at the last. If it is due to this then you have to delete or remove the software which you have installed in it.

Then after you have to see that does Windows Vista restart throughout the loading series, before you see the desktop or welcome screen come into view. If yes then it might be of the drive issue. In most of the computer running with the Vista has the same general problem. Because of the relation newness of the operating system. You can come across for 'rolling back faulty drivers' and you can 'download new device drivers in safe mode with networking.

After you got the problem of the driver then you fix that problem, if then after the Windows Vista restart or run inappropriately. That means the computer is running very slow or not approachable. If it is yes then you have to see that at the time of you were installing the software you may got the virus in it. So try to find that software and remove that bad software. Then you will not get any problem in it.

If you are working with the window Vista with the networking. Then in the safe mode you are permitted to access the internet. So if you suppose or expect that you are having issues with a new piece of hardware or its connected software drivers, the main thing to do is boot into safe mode with networking. You will then necessitate to uninstall the old drivers if probable or potential, or you have to download and install new drivers over top of the preceding ones for the felonious device.

You have to make sure about the manufacturer's website for the accurate drivers for Vista, or run a Google search with the manufacturers name, and product model number. You can have a example for it, if you had a finiky Geforce 8800GT video card the investigate might be this, then by using the brand name or the model number you have to search it the search box in the google. You have to illustrate the hardware you necessitate to find drivers.
