rstrui.exe is a Microsoft Retsore Console - a process that allows System Restore for Microsoft Windows Operating Systems. This program is important for the stable and secure running of your computer and should not be terminated.

I would highly recommend you to run FREE SCAN in order to optimize memory, CPU and Internet settings automatically.

Do not disable rstrui.exe. This is required to work all the essential applications to work properly.

Just Reinstall System Restore to solve the problem.
