I had to create two new users but I can not erase their records (I did not need more) because they are rejected by the bin.
What do to turn?

In fact it is normal, when you do delete the preferences user it you just rename the file of the user you put -deleted and you do not have permissions to delete this file, therefore for definitive rid you must use an application like batchmode available on VersionTracker .
or you typed in the terminal: sudo rm-rf + drag & drop the file and then enter a clear
Batchmode with no problem in changing the ownership (it should no longer belong to Root).
