Installing the service pack 2 for windows XP, problem with Usbport.sys

When I try to install the service pack 2 for windows XP, an error message appears saying: Installer Error Service Pack 2

The file c: \ windows \ system32 \ drivers \ Usbport.sys is open or in use by another application.
Close all other applications and click on Try again.
Except that I do not use any other application.

sp1 is installed?
you downloaded sp2 or you took sp2 via windows update?

yes sp1 is installed and I do this update via windows update
otherwise I started the download of SP3

My pc worked well, was sent for repair. It turned out that the problem was the motherboard, they have changed. Except there was only more than over windows XP so it has recovered a version of XP through colleagues of my father.
