Boot.ini missing in Windows XP

Hi friends,
After Coming from my office i Switch ON my Pc and i am getting an error Message as Boot.ini Missing can anyone tell me what steps i need to follow for removing this error message.

I was also facing the same issue.I tried to follow simple steps it worked for me hope it worked for you to.

Insert a Bootable disk and Copy the Boot.ini File and Paste in Windows Folder and restart your PC it will worked for you.
