Hello , I Am Getting this Error message on my Windows Sbs Server 2003 I Dont know ,How did this Got enter into My system Can You Tell me how can i get rid of this error?

I'd ignore these, as they're generated any time a client logs on with a
printer that doesn't have an associated printer driver loaded on the server.I think if you don't want them to load and don't want to see these errors
you can do the following in your user defined inf file:
ActiveTouch Document Loader = ""
Please test.

WebEx uses Active Touch so that two users on separate computers can interact. In my case, a vendor was demonstrating a product called FactSet using WebEx. Why the other printers were disabled, I do not know.

This sounds like a user logging into terminal server session and it automatically tries to add their default printer.
This is a default behaviour of terminal server. Don't worry about it. If you want to stop it from happening you'll need to edit the GPO that the terminal server is on to stop it adding the users default printer.
