To do this from a PC you have 2 choices

1: Have a modemfax to send it via a telephone line

2: webfax use a site that allows you to upload the file to fax and pay a fee for the service!

Yes. We need to connect a telephone cable between the computer and the wall outlet. If you do not have a phone jack on the computer, then you have no fax modem.Donc impossible.
