How can I use the 16 GB of RAM efficiently on Windows 7?

I am looking to use 16GB of RAM in most efficient way on the Windows 7. Since the normal use of the RAM will not be able to do the optimized RAM. Let me know if you can give idea on the above mentioned matter. Thanks a lot in advance.

Well I am looking to use the 6GB of RAM and rest of the money I will expense on the SSD drive. There are really less application available in the market which is making use of 2GB of RAM for the backward compatibility with the 32 bit of operating system. if there are 64-bit executable and they have actually take advantage of the more RAM in the game. you know that the you will require the 16GB of RAM and there is just a waste of the memory in the game.
RAM disks could be the solution for you but you have to populated with the data every time you have to reboot the system. if it supposed to happen automatically then boot time would increase. However SSD on the other side is used to retain the data.

I don’t know but you can get the optimized usage of RAM by installing the VirtaulWare on the computer of yours.

In this particular I am suggesting that you can have Superfetch will give you RAM disk already. It supposed to load the DLLs and EXEs into the memory on the computer even if you are not looking to use the same. however the entire thing is dependent how you are supposed to use all the software on the computer.

It seems to be logical that the putting the temp files on a ramdisk. Some of the installers are supposed back to the temp folder after rebooting the computer. if you are putting the page file on the memory is supposed to defeating the purpose of the page file. I would like to set min/ max. The page file is supposed to growth than that of the 430 MB if it is needed in the game. you can have the benefit of having small page file on the SSD at the most of the times in the game.

I wanted to tell you that you can have your own version of superfetch. You have to begin the application and use the same regularly and you have to leave that particular application into the background.

Well I do agree with you in the game. you have to set the pagefile at the minimum and you should not allow the same to grow in the game. you should not put the page file into the ramdisk. For the temp file Dataram allows making of the ramdisk is backed by the physical file. So I recommend that one should put the physical file on the hard disk of my system. so you will need to access the same at the startup or shutdown.

In case the page file is not being utilized on the computer than it supposed to eating little amount of the disk space on the computer. you can set it to the smaller for the minimizing the lost space on the computer of yours.
