Decide a cpu and motherboard under 10000 Rs

i have been breaking my head for a months time to make the corrrect choise plz help me make a final decision

my usage : movies/music/.net/java pro/lots of browsing with many tabs open/lite gaming

my options i decided

intel Dual Core E5200 + gigabyte G31M-S2L(is the CPU efficient ?)

or

Core2Duo E8400+ asus P5KPL-CM

or

amd X2 - 6000 + gigabyte MA78GM-S2H


i decided on lcd with dvi hence

i need a mb + graphics card(which i have) or mb supports dvi out,

if you got any othere option do mention it ,i have been very frustrated for searching for the best config

I would suggest you to go for Core2Duo E8400+ asus P5KPL-CM and 2 GB RAM.Before suggesting any other motherboard may i know which graphic Card you have (i.e AGP, PCI, PCI Express Card) and also the graphic card name.
