    GTX 570 or 5850 Crossfire

I am wondering if I should insert another 5850 for some crossfire achievement or if I should go with GTX 570. Now I am playing games at 1920x1080 with as a minimum 4xAA at what time possible. At present I am running a 5850 at 975 core with 1225 memory in the company of a core i5 750 at 4GHz. I can get an ASUS DIRECTCU 5850 for $240 or I can get a GTX 570 for $400 and put up for sale my present 5850 for around $200. So for my better knowledge please tell me about these both, which one better for me.

My 5850 double beat the snot of a single 5870. For about $ 120 more than a single 5870, can yield much more than making the $ 120 more for a single 5870 on a single 5850. I had no problems playing any games with my 5850, there is no problem of gunfire I have seen so far in the 10 or so games I have played. The 5870 is no longer a bargain at that price, just or not. There is a reason why no retailer can keep 5850 in action. You get 90% of the performance of a 5870 for 70% of the cost. I would like to suggest you go with double 5850.

If you asked me for selection in between the 570 and 5850 then my vote is goes to 570 GTX. It will be eventually cheaper and you would not have multiple-GPU problems. It also provides you the alternative to SLI for a time down the line. Two 5850s are approximately the similar as a 5970, which is approximately on par with a 480, which is approximately a 570 GTX. Then after thinking all this I would like to suggest you should to go with the 570 GTX, it is better as well as cheaper also.

My entire 5850s smash released them using the 1080p television. Only Metro 2033 at DX11 very high settings is a significant slowdown. I observe no reason to upgrade my machine until next year at what time socket 2011 and 28nm GPU are out. Also fail to see these issues CFX people ever heard, mine is running smoothly, when I can download the latest profiles that have an extra set of two minutes to do with each driver update.

Third option, get a used 5850. In its resolution 5850 crossfire will hit the 570GTX for the same money. (H demonstrate the benefit of the 580GTX in 4MP is the superior frame buffer), again, is much more than anything in the final. Now my only problem with the 570GTX is the cost. The irony here is that at any time 350 would have been an incredible price for that card. But now with the price war in the middle range that gets too high. Now you can pick up a 5870 of about 250 (I've seen for 215AR). The 570 is the superior card, but it is not a 100% superior.
