Where can I see the BSNL Broadband usage

I am using BSNL Broadband connection.BSNL gave me a username and password; and told me to go to http://10.0.0.9//8080 to check my usage.

I tried it at my place but it is not accessible. I even asked the people at BSNL but they are completely helpless. Even they do not know why thing is not working at my place. Can any one help me on this? My friend told me it is possible through dataone but I want to ask you guys if it is correct and if it is then how to do so?

Log in to Broadband, go to 10.240.43.216 or 10.150.128.195. Click on Service Record.

Yes your friend was correct. You can use Dataone to monitor the BSNL broadband usage. Go to http://www.dataone.in/ and you will see a page something like as attached. This software will automatically check your usage.

First contact your local exchange for your 14 digit portal id and password. Then go to http://bbcheck.bsnl.in. Here you will get all the usage details.

Yes it's secured after all it's BSNL portal. So there is no problem of security.
