Please go to . in Firefox3 browser.
Then type your portal ID obtained from BSNL office containing 14 characters.
Then type the password as password.
Then go to My services & check usage.

As i can see this is your first post, i should Welcome you to this forums. Now, i should say that this thread is about the same what you are asking. Did you check the 2nd and 3rd post of this thread? They have mentioned there the tips and a tool to check the BSNL usage. Just try it out friend.

I am using Broadband service. but cannot check my daily usage. I dont have Portal ID. And Telephone Exchange is Unable to give; they said, portal id is not available & there is another site for checking usage. Pls Give me some solution..

Whenever i click on view bill the following msg has appeared
"Your Bill for the selected invoice is not yet generated, Please try again later"

and

Whenevr i click on View Broadband Usages i always got the msg
"There is no Unbilled Broadband Usage for the Broadband Account"

Plz help me how can i solve dis prblm

Hi sachin,

You need to go to dataone.in --> then click check Usage Details --> and then Enter your portal Id and password --> Select the month you want to see the details --> If its current month it will be unbilled (Eg:-March Unbilled). If U dont have portal id call customer care toll free no. from your landline i.e 1800-424-1600

I m new to this forum( in fact this is my 1st forum post).
I am using BSNL broadband maharashtra.
I have portal ID and password.
I used to check my usage details on www.Dataone.in
But now it takes me to different site and gives me some names of cities. my town is not listed there. http://www.data.bsnl.in/wps/myportal.../0wcA1NLTeQ!!/

Now how can I check my usage.
Please help me.

I suppose the issue is with the browser. You need to make use of another browser and then look for the change. If you are using Internet Explorer application then make use of Mozilla firefox and then look for the change which will be better for you. Do look out and then make the possible changes which will help you out. So use the other browser and process. So check out.

I tried with Firefox but the same problem is there..

I think they have changed/Updated the website.
I cant see that old option which asks for month, billed/unbilled on this site.

please let me know if there is any change or the different way to check usage
