Are you doing it correctly, on the Windows Live Messenger window, go to Tools, Audio Video set-up. The first window is to set speakers and mic, confirm that they are correct and click next. The next window is to select which video camera to use. Hit the drop down and select your windows livecam. Hope that helps
Already done that. Problem now is that when I go to Actions > Video, I have to choose between "start a videocall" or "get a webcam". The webcam don't work in MSN.
Are you with the latest version of Window Live Messenger ? If not than get the latest that is Windows Live Messenger 2010. And than just go with the following thread that will help to apply the complete needed settings: Setting up a webcam in Windows Live Messenger
