HDCP is a high-bandwidth Digital Content Protection (HDCP).HDCP is a form of of digital copy protection developed by Intel corporation.Specially HDCP work as to prevent copying of digital audio, video content as it travels across the display port, digital visual interface,high-definition multimedia interface or unified display interface connections. HDCP mean high bandwidth digital contents is licensed by Digital Content Protection mean dvd-audio content is restricted to cd-audio quality or less on other non-HDCP-compliant receivers . HDCP has three type of devices like sources, sinks and repeaters.HDCP protect the data as it is transmitted between each of these devices. Each of that devise contain one or more HDCP transmitter or receiver.Otherwise it is contain both receiver and transmitter.like source send the contents to be displayed.Included set top boxes,DVD and computer video card.It has only HDCP/HDMI transmitter.next which is sink has contents of display so it can just view like TV and projector.Last one which is repeater. It is accept content, decrypts it and then re-encrypts and retransmits the data.It work like some signal processor like unconverted video into a higher - resolution format.A repeater could also send the input data stream to multiple output for display on several screen..

HDCP is a high bandwidth digital content protection is a not designed to prevent copying or recording of some digital content but also to protect the integrity of content as transmitted.HDCP has a license of digital content protection,LLC.which then issue a set of unique secret device keys to all unauthorized devices. When the process authenticate that time the receiver only accepts content after it acknowledges the keys. After that next prevent stealing of the data or line tapping, the transmitter and receiver generate a shared secret value that is every time checked throughout the transmission.Once the authentication is established, the transmitter encrypts the data and send it to the receiver for decryption process.

If the transmitter does not have a DVI connection means it is not HDCP compliant.Gateway 205 Front Projector has Display System 1-chip DMD .
Gateway 205 Front Projector is a lightweight design. It has full function remote including laser pointer and mouse control. It has also one - button auto adjust for best display image.HDCP works by adding circuitry within the DVI connection on both transmitter and the receiver.HDCP has three different types of devises like source, sinks and repeaters.
