HP PSC 2175 Installation Problem

My printer has always connected to pc but suddenly it is not detected by pc .i get the error message with new hardware wizard: this hardware can not be installed, the RPC server is unavailable. I have tried several times to install the printer with the software CD but every time I get the same error message and stops the installation ,in windows if i try to add a printer I get the following error: can not be completed, the print spooler service is not running.
please Can someone tell me solution for this problem ?

i think you need latest driver check here http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/s...&product=90809 download driver and install it .remove previous on from safe mode this problem happens due to most recent installation of software , there must be some incompatible things or some file got over write ...

If you still get the error message "this hardware can not be installed, the RPC server is unavailable" the problem could be caused by the Spooler Service not starting or has failed.

try this to resolve

1) Go to the control panel,
2) Open "Administrative Tools"
3) Open Component Services
4) Click on Services
5) scroll to the "Print Services" and right click
6) Select Properties
7) Select the "Startup Type" as "Automatic
8) Click the OK button to close the window
9) close all windows and restart the computer
