    Hardware problem on startup

when I plug in the power it starts without me pushing the start button, and even if the system starts in the block setup on asking me to check the CPU speed. I confirm 2.8 GHZ and I click on save and quit and it starts. Then I set each time the clock.

Can some one help me to solve this problem ?

Neither would the button of power responsible for behavior be for if it were, continuous the behavior wouldst thou see. Likeliest of suspects all would be thine power supply from whence all components must receive life or die.

Change the cmos battery first, at least that won't harm. Then, try another power supply, yours may produce ripple noise. Check the capacitors around your cpu as well, they should not look "bulged" or leak electrolyte. Try to start up with minimum innards connected to the psu, maybe the symptoms are just a sign of overload.
