What drives for RAID 0

Hello,
I have a RAID 0, to have good performance in hard disk.
So I would like to know what is the best combination of hard disk, to have the best performance possible, with 2 hard drive 7200 rpm and 32 MB of cache.
Basically I would like to know what brand and what capacity I can take for the 2 hard drive in RAID 0? ? ?

Small capacity: Seagate 7200.11 320 GB x2

Average capacity: Seagate 7200.11 500 GB x2 (less good performance than the 320 and 640 GB given the lower density trays).

Great capacity: Seagate 7200.11 640 GB x2

Seagate is the most reliable brand and reputation is by far.


I also have a RAID 0 of 7200.10 250 GB.
