How to stop errors 0x00000F4 and 0x000007A on Windows XP

On my Windows XP pc I am constantly getting STOP errors 0x00000F4 and 0x000007A on boot. The system use to work for sometime but after a few minutes the error appear and it crashes. There is a constant blue screen. I cannot understand why this appeared. the ram looks to be working fine, there is no issue with drivers and the hard drive is also working properly. The pc was working fine from last 4 month. But now the same has crashed and nothing happens. Can anyone guide me on this.

There can be some hardware failure that is why you are getting that error. Do you have multiple rams in your system. If yes then test your system by adding one 1 at a time. Blue Screen error mostly appear due to faulty ram. Try to go in safe mode and see whether your system works fine in that place or not. If it is still crashing in safe mode then surely this is a hardware fault. There is no driver or software conflicting with the system.

You can try to analyze the same in mindump file. This file is created with error description when the system crashes or face such error. Through file you would be able to reach the source of problem. It is right that blue screen mostly appear due to hardware failure, but there can be some driver problem also.

    -Try Update System BIOS
    -Try Update Controller Firmware
    -Test different HDD
-Try if you have any other controller firmware
-Update HDD Drivers and firmwares form manufacturer website

    Good luck
