There was a website where you needed to type in the PCI\VEN for a unknown device and then the same website will search it for us. Does anyone remember what that site was, thanks for any help.

Well, you need to get into Device Manager where all the drivers are displayed. So try to Open Device Manager and then check for any unknown devices that might be listed as such and marked out with a yellow question mark. After that select the unknown device and right click to access Properties and then click on Details tab and select Device Instance Id from the drop down and you will get what you want.
You can also go to a website pcidatabase where you can search for the Vendor as well as search for the device manufacturer. From the lists they have provided, you can select a vendor, and get more information about either the vendor itself or the devices they manufacture. Just search for the site online.
