Windows Live Mail

I have Windows XP with SP2 and am not able to sign into Windows Live or either hotmail or msn email accounts? I am getting a message to download folders but if I am trying to get it, then the below message comes up:

Unable to send or receive messages for the Msn account. Sorry, we were unable to sign you in to Windows Live ID at this time. Please try again later.

Server Error: 0x80048820
Server: 'http://mail.services.live.com/DeltaSync_v2.0.0/Sync.aspx'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x80048820

I think that you will have to check the time and date of your computer to verify it is accurate, as that might cause a problem like what you are describing.

Thanks but that is the first things I checked, it was out of by 3 days but has been corrected. I also removed Windows Live and reinstalled it but that didnt work.

I too am having the same problem.I cannot send or receive messages in any of my email accounts.
My OS is Vista home premium in a 64 bit system(which has its own plethera of problems)

Is there a known issue with live mails user interface recently?
