remove folder permissions for deleted user

I need some help with removing file permission for a user. It was set in the different user account. It does not seems to be working well here. I am having a Windows XP system. There are two admin accounts in the pc. Know one account was deleted by files created by that account are still locked. I thought once the account is deleted the permission will be restored. Still I am getting a error when I am trying to access the folders.

That is because you are in a limited account. I am sure you are not in admin account. If you log in the admin account you will not get those errors on your screen. Second thing you can do here is simply boot in safe mode and get rid of those files. I am sure that will be helpful enough to deal with the issue you are facing. Such problem does not occur in admin accounts. I use LiveCD for this type of files. I use them to access the content and delete data.
