No bootable devices--strike F1 to retry boot, F2 for setup utility

    Hello,

While installing fresh windows on my machine, I have accidentally set 2 primary partitions on my system. Now I am unable to boot my system, after starting its giving me message ""No bootable devices--strike F1 to retry boot, F2 for setup utility". Now the problem is that my CD ROM is not working, even I tried to run via USB hard drive which has the same OS version installed but it reboots. I even other software like knoppix flash memory stick but its not working. Can you please can I fix this issues or not. I have dell inspiron 630 laptop and Windows XP professional with SP2.
