Popup Message: jusched.exe has encountered problem and needs to close

I am running Windows XP with SP2. There is always everytime when I get some error popping up on the screen that says "jusched.exe has enountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." Can anyone suggest me how to get rid of this message once and for all? Thanks.

I think that jusched.exe is just a Java Update Scheduler. Java is from Sun corporation. You will have to consider downloading a newer version of Java and installing it, but removing first the one that is already installed.

Thanks for the reply, it is quite helpful to know that it was related to Java. But can you tell me if it is difficult to remove the version of Java I currently have and install an updated version?

It is not difficult at all. You can go into Control Panel and then you will find 2 things, a java icon that will let you manually check for updates andAdd or Remove Programs, where Java Runtime Environment will be listed. You can also remove it there, then get java again at the below link:
