    WMS Idle

I have a computer on my network that is running Windows XP with the latest service pack and hotfixes. I also recently ran all office updates on it today as well. When ever we go to shut the box down or restart it, then we get this wms idle message. The computer is also running McAfee 8 and the user has come across an answer yet. Can anyone tell me how to solve this issue? Thanks

The issue that you are facing could occur if Microsoft Office Communicator 2005 is running when you try to shut down Windows. Communicator 2005 opens a MAPI session that remains open when you try to shut down Windows. So, check the article to solve this issue here - http://support.microsoft.com/kb/921113
