how do i fix this Exception number: c0000005

I am getting the below error message:

Exception number: c0000005 (access violation)

Have you tried to uninstall DVDx and then tried to install the latest version. Just search it on the net and then download and install it on your pc and see if that works.

Thank you, but I have already tried installing that and it didnt work. I have also tried to reformat the hard drive but still getting the same error message. Any other solution you have?
