User32.dll Relocated in Memory because HHCTRL Occupied the Address

I am running Windows XP SP2 with all updates. I have just restarted and was getting this message Window: RTHDCPL.EXE - ILLEGAL SYSTEM DLL RELOCATION
The System DLL User32.dll was relocated in memory.
The application will not run properly.
The relocation occurred because the DLL C:\Windows System 32 HHCTRL.OCX occupie an address range reserved for Windows System Dlls. The Vendor supplying the DLL should be contacted for a new DLL. OK Button

This RTHDCPL.EXE seems its my Realtek Sound on my Asus board and CPL means Control Panel I think. What is this HHCTRL.OCX but? Does anyone has some clue about it? Thanks

You may have to download and run the hotfix from the below link:

The Realtek HD Audio Control Panel may not start, and you receive an error message when you start the computer: "Illegal System DLL Relocation"

Even I was having the same issue and the below solution worked for me. If you get a message that patch is not available then keep trying, you will get that eventually:
