vertex and pixelshader

I have recently purchased a game called Wildlife Park 2 and after installing it, it will not appear to play. It will give some kind of error message that states "minimum shader requirements cannot be met (vertex and pixel shader version 1.1) , the program will close". I have tried emailing the software helpdesk for the game, but got no reply? Can anyone please help me. Thanks

Can you please tell us which video card you have that meets up with the games minimum requirements? Also what is your whole computer specifications? Have you tried to uninstall and then reinstall the game and checked if that worked? You can also try to update the video drivers in your computer to the latest.

Thanks for the reply, I have tried installing the suggested driver but the message says that it cannot install on this computer? Any ideas

Well, you still havent said that the video card you have meets the minimum requirement of the game or not that you want to play.
