    MSVCP71.dll not found

    Whenever I start my laptop running on Windows XP, I use to get the following message:

    “Reader_sl.exe
    This application has failed to start because MSVCP71.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.”

    This is very annoying. I don’t what caused this problem all of a sudden. Can anyone please provide me so fix for the same? Many Thanks.

    The error “Reader_sl.exe” is related to Adobe reader. Do you have adobe installed on your system? Probably yes, simply uninstalled it, restart the PC again and the re-install.
