    Restore Active Desktop

Hi, I’m using Windows XP with Office Pro 2003. Today when I was doing lunch and system was in ideal Mode, the desktop vanished itself. In order to fix the same when I click on Restore Active Desktop, it gives me an pop up with error message asking me for “continue running this script?” And there use to be two buttons ‘Yes’ or ‘No’.

Though I click yes, nothing happens and my desktop remains same as vanished. Even restarting the desktop wont help. Can anyone here please tell me what do I need to do now?

    Thank you.

    Re: Restore Active Desktop

There is nothing to worry friend. System restore will fix the problem. So just boot into Safe Mode, go to Start>All Programs>Accessories>System Tools>System Restore. Click on System Restore and follow the onscreen instructions. That’s it.
