Converting MSWMM To MP3:

I am looking for some kind of tiny utility that can help me to convert the mswmm files created by Windows Movie Maker to MP3. I tried some third party software but that did not worked. I thought there would be some kind of great options available which would help me to create mp3 files from those mswmm. I want to share those files with my friends who are not having Movie Maker installed on their pc.

There is no tool available that do what you are asking. MSWMM is the project file of Windows Movie Maker. It is not some kind of multimedia files. To extract the audio out you will need to first publish the movie. You will need to create a proper movie file and then you can convert that or extract audio from it using several utilities.

Those are just files that has record of audio and video files. You will need to create a final movie first and then only you can convert it to mp3. There are ample of cool converters available on the web. You can use them to create a mp3 file easily and then share the same. That is more convenient but a bit time consuming process.

Just publish your movie, it will either come up .WMV or .WMA, and you can convert it to any other format with "Any Video Converter".
