Age Of Empires iii The War Chiefs Product Key Invalid

I recently bought AOE III the war chiefs. Please advise if I can load AOE III th war chiefs without having the original AOE III loaded on my pc. I received 4 disc in the pack and 1 Product key. I’m trying to load and get a ‘Product Key Invalid” error even though I’m only entering the only Product Key I received.

I assume that The WarChiefs is an extension of this game that cannot be run without the full game installed first on your computer. This extension comes on one disk only, so did you make sure that you have installed the game first? If so, then there might be 2 different product keys, one for the game and the other for the extension.

YOU GOTZ TO BE KIDDING ME, i thought i would be the only one,
same thing happen to me, i have 4 disc and 2 manuals 2 quick reference guides and only 1 product code for the expansion..... any one have any idea what can be done?

I bought AOE III WITH WAR CHIEFS and get justo ONE PRODUCT KEY, so when i installing i GET INVALID KEY!!!! WAF??

Someone can HELP me?

I ask HELP form MICROSOFT BRAZIL, but i need to WAIT like 10 DAYS!!! WAF!!!!
