Any security program loads very easily in the boot process. Normally ,the user interface, which is the part you see, loads later, after your desktop appears. By the time that icon shows up in your system tray, your security software has been on the job for a while. So the best way would be to write the security software's tech support and ask them where in the boot process the software loads?
Download a tool called Startup Delayer, by searching it on the net. Startup Delayer removes the unwanted software from the startup list of Windows to support itself and run after a time defined by the user. For example, you can run your antivirus two minutes before the other programs. The software can operate in graphics mode (a countdown to launch the selected application appears at the top of the screen) or invisible mode.
