Format a 200+GB drive with FAT32?

I am using an External hard drive which is currently formatted NTFS and I want to reformat it with Fat32 in order to use it as a network drive attached to my AirPort Extreme. The Airport does not support formatting drives, so I have to do this from my computer. But Windows XP SP3 is not formatting it. When I am trying via Windows Explorer, then I am not getting the Fat32 optiom. When trying through a command prompt window, then it tells me its too big to be formatted with fat32? Is there any other way? Thanks.

Have you tried using a third party tool like Parition Magic, just download it by searching it from google.

Download a tool called Fat32Formatter which will enable you to overcome the formatting limitation of the system, allowing the FAT32 format for any disk. This "portable" software does not require installation and is easy to use. Its clear and simple interface will show you the information needed to format a partition or whole disk.

Thanks for the replies, I will check out the "Fat32Formatter" and Partition Magic tool and see if it can solve the issue or not.
