Unable to uninstall program in Win 7 64bit

I have installed some old software's on my Windows 7 64 bit notebook and they are appearing in "Program Files" of C Drive and not "Programe Files (x86)" because of which those installed software's are not appearing in Control Panel. I have tried uninstalling them from Start> program but that's not doing anything. Is there anything i can do about it???

I dont know the reason why it happenes but happened with me as well many times. In such case what i do is type the name of that software in windows star menu, it shows you the folder, just click on that folder you will probably get the uninstall option. Click it and done.
